About Us

St.John Ambulance has started in 1877 in UK and came to India in 1912.

St.John Ambulance is the oldest pioneer First Aid training organization in the world. The President of St.John Ambulance in India is the head of the country, the Hon`ble President of India And for the state the Hon`ble Governor. First Aid training is widely recognized all over the world. Training from St.John Ambulance for factory workers, mine and public transport workers is insisted in factories act, Mines act and M.V Act. It is also insisted by the Government to undergo First Aid training for Rural Medical practioners. The Government has made it mandatory to have First Aid certification for the people applying certain paramedical jobs like MNO`S etc. Lakhs of people are dying in India in accidents and sudden illness. Every 4th minute 1 person is dying in India due to accidents. We can reduce the mortality rate if proper First Aid is given at right time. It should be known that First Aid can make a difference between life and death. First Aid is to save life, promote recovery and preventing the worsening of the victims condition. "TO LEARN FIRST AID IS EVERY CITIZEN`S RESPONSIBILITY." Our Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi worked as Ambulance volunteer in South Africa. History is saying that he saved General Bhuller life by giving proper First Aid in zulu rebellion in south Africa.
